Chef Raghu started his career with ITDC, Ashok Hotels Group (A government of India Undertaking Hotel Group) and he has years of experience in various resorts and hotels and understands client’s requirements to perfection. He has gone on to helm a lot of positions in his tenure.
Having been experiences at several prestigious hotels as Corporate Chef & General Manager. Chef Raghu has created some of the best menus devised around the theme of trusted, traditional Indian favourites with a modern approach in seasoning & cooking techniques.
OHS was a dream come true project for Chef Raghu now currently the Chef Patron and owner of Oraange Hospitality Services and concepts designed to address today’s Hospitality Solutions. As Chef-Patron, Chef Raghu develops the menus and concepts on a day-to-day basis to cater to the ever changing requirements of the brand’s target audience.
Parallelly, he is the Corporate Chef and General Manager for one of the leading hotel in south Bangalore.
Chef Raghu is actively involved in many of the TV cookery shows, mentoring the juniors and helping new resto owners to find a hold in the industry and Taking our market expertise in large-scale cooking and banqueting excellence forward, He have also done a consultant for Hotels, Resort, Restaurants set up, Onsite Kitchens and snack counters in some of the most renowned software offices and educational institutions in and around Bangalore city.
